I had become weary of self-help in most forms: Tools for learning to stay with uneasiness and open your heart toward yourself and others. Getting gettijg is about recognising shenpa as it happens, engaging with the cause and being able to break the bad response. I listen to it often so that it stays fresh in my mind.
Prajna on the other hand is the wisdom or openness to clearly see both the uneasy feeling and the connected habituation for what they really are. Excellent You can relisten to this often. I liked this audio collection a lot, and I’d recommend it for anyone interested in Buddhism, meditation, and spiritual growth. Or, they offer some small extra insight on unstufk practice you know relatively well, that is so helpful and makes things ‘click’ a little more.

I found myself willing to experiment and apply these practices to areas of life which I’ve been protecting.
