Don’t have much geneqlogia say about this yet, but I’ll be honest Nietzsche is an angry man and while he shakes his fist at God and yells insults from beneath his scruffy mustache, I am happy with my God who would give himself up for my sin. Genealogia moralei by Nietzsche Friedrich series Filosofie. There is no truth, no Good, no virtue, just power. Religion Is Nonsense went full prophet and promised us the arrival of his ubermensch. In general I found that his ideas didn’t fit together or make a coherent set – he often contradicts himself in short asides and seems to be addressing himself to things I don’t really get. He was interested in the enhancement of individual and cultural health, and believed in life, creativity, power, and the realities of the world we live in, rather than those situated in a world beyond.

Nietzche’s ideas are groundbreaking, but it’s so dry I can’t stand it. His entire work is based on the premise that etymology precludes the basis of what people mean by a word.
