The images are of high quality, and the translation is done professionally, it is not readily apparent that the book is not originally done in English. Physical Training Manual are not given here but does offer several different exercises for each muscle group and variations of those exercises to allow for different levels of experience or the targeting of specific muscles.
A greater one is that this book does not have an index. The very best stretches for shoulders, chest, arms, torso, back, hips and legs are all here, and all in the stunning detail that only Frederic Delavier can provide. Interested in discussing this book? Although in paper, it is on very good quality paper with a sewn binding. So those are the minor complaints. That might take another two years for all I know.
