It just took all the thought out of it for me and I just opened the page and git going. Also where would you note down what weight kettlebells you used?
Does anyone know how to do pumps? Based on this week I also think it’s a good idea to mix up the intervals once in awhile. After about a month and a half I definitely noticed an improvement in my strength, but decided I needed a more structured plan so I bought Pavel’s ETK book.
Anthony’s typical client needs more structure and “follow-along” simplicity than provided in Enter the Kettlebell itself. Lever your butt up into the air, so that you are in a position similar to “downward facing dog”‘ and look back between your feet at whatever is behind them.
