I just picked it up and plan on starting Monday. I need a structured approach to my training right now.
Workbokk have a couple questions for people who have followed his program: He has you on the PM for four weeks. Do you think this is long enough? Do you think his dice rolls on the ROP give you enough cardio to lean down considerably?
Did you see anything you would do differently? Unless compelled by good reason to do otherwise, I plan to follow his workouts exactly for the next 12 weeks, then evaluate.
